Session 1 – Enabling Aggregate Planning: Sizing the Business with Confidence
Presented by: JT Taylor

Extending Your Planning Horizon – Explore how aggregate planning helps organizations extend their planning horizon, reduce complexity, and focus on what matters.

Planning At The Family Level

Learn how to plan at the family level using assumption-based models and avoid the trap of“precisely wrong” SKU-level detail.

  • Learn the value of monthly buckets over a 24+ month horizon.
  • Establish demand, supply, and capacity planning at the family level.
  • Understand the value of being roughly right v. precisely wrong.

Participants will:

  • Understand the value of aggregate planning in reducing complexity and improving visibility.
  • Learn how to plan effectively at the product family level versus detailed SKU-level planning.
  • Extend planning horizons to support better long-range decision-making.
  • Gain practical insight into balancing precision with business agility.
  • Improve confidence in capacity, supply, and demand planning discussions.

Session 2 – Elevate Strategic Execution: Moving strategic intent to operational reality
Presented by: Jimmy Dixon and Kai Trepte

Most organizations are good at setting strategy and running operations — but strategy stalls in the gap between the two. This session is about that missing middle: the discipline of operationalizing strategy, where leaders turn strategic choices into one credible plan to deliver the strategy targets that the business executes and steers every month through Integrated Business Planning (IBP). It is not about defining strategy, and it is not about day-to-day operations — it is about connecting them, so strategy is not just defined, but delivered, allowing executives to make their numbers.

In this session, we will explore how to:

  • Cascade strategy into sharp choices — where to play, how to win, and what each part of the portfolio is there to do: grow, scale, defend, or harvest.
  • Translate those choices into quantified assumptions and a connected demand and supply plan, linking long-term goals to the near-term actions that deliver them.
  • Use IBP to align leadership, finance, commercial, and operations around one set of numbers that everyone believes.
  • Run the Management Business Review (MBR) as a decision-making forum — where leaders weigh risks, opportunities, and trade-offs — not a reporting session.
  • Build the cadence, accountability, and decision rights that turn a one-time plan into a repeatable operating rhythm.

Participants will leave able to:

  • Connect strategic goals to operational execution through IBP.
  • Identify the gap between strategic intent and the operating plan — and close it.
  • Make the MBR a true decision forum, with options, recommendations, and clear owners.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment and accountability.
  • Apply a clear, repeatable framework for executing strategy consistently across the organization.

Session 3 – Integrating AI Into the IBP Process: From Data Overload to Insights-Driven Planning
Presented by: JT Taylor

Enable Digital Transformation

  • Explore how AI can reduce manual effort and improve insight generation across IBP steps.
  • Show how AI supports scenario planning and decision-making.
  • Learn where AI fits in each IBP step — from Demand Review to Management Business Review (MBR).
  • Learn how to evaluate AI tools for planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.

Participants will

  • Understand where AI can enhance the IBP process and decision-making cycle.
  • Identify practical AI use cases across Demand Review, Supply Review, and MBR activities.
  • Learn how AI can improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Learn how AI can increase scenario planning speed.
  • Evaluate AI tools and technologies relevant to planning and IBP.
  • Reduce uncertainty around adopting AI within existing planning processes.

Session 4 – Leading the Transformation to Growth: Taking the Next Step with Your Leadership
Presented by: Duncan Banks

Empower Leadership for Growth

  • Equip leaders with tools to align teams, drive ownership, and sustain change.
  • Clarify how to use IBP forums to reinforce accountability and decision discipline.

For Leaders Ready to Move from Education to Execution

Learn how to engage your leadership team in a transformation journey that delivers growth —not just compliance.

  • Build leadership alignment and ownership.
  • Apply change management to IBP adoption.
  • Create a roadmap for capability maturity and business impact.

Participants will:

  • Strengthen leadership alignment around transformation priorities.
  • Learn how to lead organizational change that supports IBP adoption and maturity.
  • Improve accountability and ownership across cross-functional teams.
  • Build a roadmap for sustained business improvement and growth.
