Public Course Competitor Policy

It is our policy to not allow individuals employed by consulting firms or independent consultants to take seats in our executive education courses.  We reserve these for our current and potential client base.  It is at our discretion to determine whether you are a competitor, and your reservation may be canceled and your tuition refunded. You are responsible for any other costs incurred in conjunction with a registration.

Public Course Cancellation Policy: 

  • Cancellation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date will result in a full tuition refund.
  • Cancellation (or transfer) between 30 and 15 days will result in a $50.00 penalty that will be deducted from your refund or credit.
  • Cancellation/Transfer within 14 days will result in 50% of your payment credited toward tuition to any Oliver Wight course booked within 60 days and attended within six months of original class date.
  • No shows will result in a loss of full tuition.
