Integrated Scenario Planning Course

In times of crisis, businesses ask how can we be prepared? Scenario Planning enables organizations to think through the possibilities of events, to minimize unwanted impacts, and realize opportunities.

In this course, participants gain an understanding of what it takes to develop effective scenario plans. They learn the best practice principles for creating credible and actionable scenarios. They learn how to communicate these plans across the entire organization so that senior leadership teams have the information needed to drive decision making.

What Is the Integrated Scenario Planning Virtual Course?

In this three-day virtual course, participants will learn how to utilize Integrated Scenario Planning as a decision-making framework for agile response and rapid recovery during a crisis and in “normal” business conditions.

Value of the Integrated Scenario Planning Virtual Course

This course teaches a structured way for organizations to think about the future and manage change.

Companies that perform Integrated Scenario planning well are agile and responsive without creating internal chaos. They are best positioned to recover from a crisis and other significant business.

What Clients Say

“IBP Scenarios go beyond capturing the Demand signal and should include things like external drivers, integrating risks and opportunities, and the overall impact in of working Capital, Service levels, Lead Times, etc.” Humberto Martinez-Clinch, Director of Continuous Improvement, BEMIS Associates Inc.

“I really enjoyed the practical examples and flow of the material in the ISP Class” Anna Karousis, Process Improvement Leader, Marzetti

“We need everyone engaged for scenario planning to work and be effective” Addie Howard, Demand Planning Manager, BEMIS Associates Inc.

“Scenario planning fits into our demand and supply planning process today and future IBP process as we gain maturity”. Josh Zillmer, Demand Planning Manager, Valent Biosciences

“An email request and off-the-cuff analysis are no way to make decisions.  The lack of auditing and improvement can keep us in a cycle of inadequacy and frustration.  Implementing these changes from ISP in all parts of our business will require effort and support from everyone but the future state is worth the effort”. Daniel Elkin, Master Scheduler, Marzetti
