Wilson Stefano Jr., a business advisor with Oliver Wight since 1998, has over 44 years of “hands-on” experience in multiple industries. He began his professional career in 1979 in the automotive industry.
He has followed the evolution of industries ever since and has been supporting them on their journey to achieve high sustainable performance and integrated digital transformation.
He has coached management teams during the journey to business excellence in the development and execution of the plans to achieve “Class A Business Excellence” and embrace sustainable high performance and profitability. Most recently, the improvement efforts he facilitated with his clients, Kimberly-Clark, Henkel Mexicana AC Division, and JUMEX Mexicana culminated in Integrated Business Planning & Management best practices, including IBP (Advanced S&OP); ITP (Advanced S&OE), and Integrated Supply Chain Management.
Stefano specializes in the Integrated Business Model Best Practices and Integrated Digital Transformation. He supports organizations in Brazil and Latin America in the assessment,
implementation, and continuous improvement of their integrated business management processes that include: Strategic Planning; S&OP – Sales and Operations Planning/ IBP – Integrated Business Planning; Integrated Tactical Planning (Advanced S&OE); Product Management process; Demand Management and Supply Planning; the business improvement process which includes lean manufacturing; and Supplier Relationship Management.
Stefano’s degree is in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Management. He also holds a Master’s degree from UNICAMP, where he is also a researcher.
