Throughout her leadership career, Julie has led transformational initiatives that achieved a 30% reduction in inventory, a 50% increase in inventory turns, and over 95% on-time delivery performance. A Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and CPIM-certified professional through the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), she brings a deep understanding of end-to-end processes—and can visualize the entire system down to the last nuts and bolts.
