Dan’s strengths are in working with senior-level management teams and their organizations to stimulate growth, cost reduction, and sustainable transformation programs. He has led IBP/S&OP team implementations and realignments that amplify individual associate strengths and promote collaborative behaviors. He has championed programs that drive business results through vision clarity, goal alignment and by integrating portfolio management, demand management, supply chain management, and financial reconciliation.
While leading the Sugar Confectionery category at Mars Russia, the business grew 4.5 times and moved from #7 to #3 in market share. Most recently, as Director of Integrated Business Management at The Nutro Company, he was responsible for $9 million in savings for the largest product launch in the company’s history. He also led implementations of new processes and tools focused on delivering $19 million from improved service and reduced non-quality costs.
