Topics include Sales and Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning, Demand Management including CPFR, Master Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning, Plant Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Supplier Scheduling, Data Accuracy, and the Lean Enterprise and its impact on all the above.
Discussions include the key steps for implementation such as vision statements, cost/benefit analysis, project organization, prerequisites, and how to assess the effectiveness of the new tools. There will be a thorough discussion of the questions that define business excellence and how to use them to drive business improvement which will lead to a review of the proven methodology for achieving excellence.
