ABOUT

Ben is a Senior Business Advisor with Oliver Wight Americas with more than 35 years of experience leading transformational change in operations, supply chain, and business planning. He coaches and educates executive teams on the design and implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP / Advanced S&OP), helping organizations make better, faster decisions that drive sustainable results. His client work spans more than 100 companies across consumer products, tobacco, chemicals, and industrial manufacturing — including Altria, General Mills, American Standard, New Balance, DuPont, and ITT — covering Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order environments. His operational roots trace to Caterpillar, where he helped lead a best-practice ERP re-implementation.

Ben’s current passion is the intersection of IBP and artificial intelligence: how AI can sharpen the monthly management process, surface bias in planning assumptions, accelerate scenario thinking, and free leadership teams to focus on the decisions only they can make. He also teaches Oliver Wight’s public IBP courses across North America.

He believes AI won’t replace IBP’s discipline — it will expose which companies never had it.

Ben is based in the Fort Worth, Texas area.
