Together, Ken Carlson and Robert Hirschey bring over fifty years of experience to the company.
Carlson, an accomplished engineering, management, and consulting professional, has been a key leader in developing and implementing unique strategies that ultimately improve a company's bottom line. Well-versed in MRP II and Class A best practices, Carlson has put this knowledge to work at companies, such as Babson Brothers Co., and as an instructor, program coordinator, facilitator, and trainer at several universities.
Hirschey, an executive with nearly 25 years of industry experience, will similarly supplement the growing knowledge base of the management consulting firm by introducing his diverse background in strategy development, execution, and measurement; business planning and analysis; capital investment analysis; mergers and acquisitions, and various corporate development activities. He also led a $1+ billion multinational business to achieve Class A performance in S&OP and other planning and control best practices. A graduate of Harvard University and Dartmouth College, Hirschey is an accomplished speaker, often featured at conferences, seminars, and campus events across the country.
